What is your returns, exchange and refunds policy?
We have a generous refund/exchange policy and we shall accept the return within 30 days period from the delivery of the goods.
To return the product, please make sure that the product is in original packaging and undamaged condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange/refund if goods are not returned in original packaging or are damaged.
In case the buyer has received a faulty product from us, we are happy to pay the postage cost. However if the buyer is returning the item for any other reason, we expect buyer to pay for the postage cost to return the product.
We shall refund full money (excluding the postage cost which incurs at the time of delivering the product) upon receipt of the product.
How can I return the goods?
You can send the goods via any courier company you prefer. While returning, please make sure you put a note with your order number and name along with the goods.
What products are excluding from your refund policy?
All personalised products are excluded from any exchange or refund.
We shall only accept return of the personalised goods, in case you have received wrong or defective goods from us.
