2. DELIVERY DETAILS/NON-RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER

We aim to dispatch our good within 24 Hours of receiving the order (Mon-Fri, excluding UK Bank Holidays). Our delivery is usually sent via Royal Mail postal service.

In case the expected delivery date has crossed for your order and you have still not received the order, please contact us at the earliest possible and we shall surely resolve the issue as soon as we can. Refer to FAQ.1 for our contact details.
